God’s and Jesus’ True Names

Mormons believe that God’s name is “Elohim” and that Jesus’ name in the Old Testament is “Jehovah.” And that Jehovah/Jesus (and not God) is the only Savior. The reasons they do not understand the identity of Jehovah in the Old Testament is because:
1) Their Church told them who Jehovah was and they believe anything their leaders say, despite their lack of evidence. They will claim the Bible is wrong before they admit their leaders are (despite having been repeatedly proven wrong).
2) All Mormons reject God as a Trinity and Jesus as God made flesh.
3) They don’t know how to correctly exegete Bible scripture. For example, they do not understand that the word translated as “Lord” is actually “YHWH,” which is pronounced by many as “Jehovah.” And that the word “Lord” was substituted for the Tetragrammaton “YHWH” by the Jews to avoid using His sacred name.
Here are some verses which thoroughly debunk the Mormon understanding of the Godhead:
Isaiah 45:21: “There is no God [Elohim] else beside me; a just God [Elohim] and a Saviour; there is none beside me.”
QUESTION: If only YHWH/Jehovah is our Savior, then why does this verse say that Elohim is our Savior and then equate Elohim with Jehovah, as if they are one?
Hosea 13:4: “Yet I am the Lord [YHWH/Jehovah] thy God [Elohim] from the land of Egypt; thou shalt know no god [elohim] but me, for there is no Savior beside me.”
QUESTION: If Elohim is God and only Jesus is our Savior, why does this verse say GOD/Elohim is our Savior?
QUESTION: If Jehovah is Jesus and God is Elohim, then why does this verse say Jehovah IS Elohim?
Jesus can only be said to be Jehovah in the Trinitarian sense:
The Son is Jehovah, the Father is Jehovah and the Holy Ghost is Jehovah. They are all the same God, the same being albeit different personages.
Genesis 2:4 uses the combined term “Jehovah Elohim” to identify the Creator. So, they can NOT be two different beings.
Other passages also explicitly state that YHWH/Jehovah IS Elohim, such as Deuteronomy 4:35 (“the Lord [YHWH/Jehovah], he is God [Elohim]”)
and Jeremiah 10:10 (“the LORD [YHWH/Jehovah] is the true God [Elohim].”)
In this Jeremiah verse, again, we see Jehovah EQUATED with Elohim…as ONE being.
CONCLUSION: It should be clear from only these few verses that Jehovah simply can not be referring only to Jesus and God be referred to only as Elohim because the Bible equates YHWH/Jehovah with Elohim. (And Elohim is NOT even a proper name! It’s a descriptor/title which also refers to demons, angels and immortal beings, depending on the context.)
From this study it should also be clear that Mormons are very lost in their understanding of the Godhead because they do not understand the meanings of Hebrew words and do not trust the Bible but rather trust their “prophets” who are leading them astray.
