Utah Mission Trip (03/31/23)
God chose us for this trip, and we are simply his willing vessels to reach the lost for His sake.
God chose us for this trip, and we are simply his willing vessels to reach the lost for His sake.
This is why I witness to Mormons. Even to see one person resign, and then see them give their lives over to follow Jesus for salvation.
Shining our lights for Jesus is not only being an example of the faith to non-believers, but also allowing the Lord to open our mouths.
The Lord, our God, is lifted up and exalted. Other gods are man-made and cannot do anything to help us.
Naver presume that you are speaking for God unless you are for sure on this matter. Otherwise, you may just be a false prophet.
Any person who presumes to speak for God and doesn’t is a liar. These people cannot be trusted.
Cults make a mockery of God’s gift of grace by adding works that people need to do in order to be saved.
We are warned against false prophets and false teachers who bring in damnable heresies. Destruction is in their path.
Isn’t it a good thing that Jesus is our authority and not men? Out of His own mouth, the Lord, our God, warned us about false prophets.
We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul.
We believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law.
We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship how, where, or what they may.
We believe in the literal gathering of Israel and in the restoration of the Ten Tribes; that Zion (the New Jerusalem) will be built upon the American continent; that Christ will reign personally upon the earth; and, that the earth will be renewed and receive its paradisiacal glory.
We believe all that God has revealed, all that He does now reveal, and we believe that He will yet reveal many great and important things pertaining to the Kingdom of God.
We believe the Bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated correctly; we also believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God.
We believe in the gift of tongues, prophecy, revelation, visions, healing, interpretation of tongues, and so forth.
We believe in the same organization that existed in the Primitive Church, namely, apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, evangelists, and so forth.
We believe that a man must be called of God, by prophecy, and by the laying on of hands by those who are in authority, to preach the Gospel and administer in the ordinances thereof.
We believe that the first principles and ordinances of the Gospel are: first, Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; second, Repentance; third, baptism by immersion for the remission of sins; fourth, Laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost.
We believe that men will be punished for their own sins, and not for Adam’s transgression.
We believe in God, the Eternal Father, and in His Son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost.
We believe that through the Atonement of Christ, all mankind may be saved, by obedience to the laws and ordinances of the Gospel.
Those who fear the Lord, our God, shall He come unto us and bring healing to our souls. We are then able to grow up as His sheep.
Because of sin, we didn’t care about God or His dealings in our lives. Therefore, Jesus could not come into our lives and save us.
The Book of Mormon was small by itself so adding Bible verses would do the job and make it look longer then it really is.
Why is it that Mormons are so hard to talk to when we only want to share the truth of the Bible with them?
Our Lord Jesus helps us know that the Father is spirit and those who worship Him also worship Him in spirit and truth.
