Book Of Mormon Plagiarism: 3 Nephi 22:4

The Book of Mormon is full of contradictions and also plagiarism.  As for plagiarism, it is easy to see when comparing the verses in the Bible with the verses in this book.  For example, Isaiah, chapter 54, was copied and pasted in 3 Nephi, chapter 22.  And in so doing, Isaiah was not referenced in these verses, and an additional sentence was added to the verses also. See for yourself as you first look at the pure form of Isaiah.  It reads, “sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the Lord. 2 Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; 3 For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited. 4 Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.” (Isaiah 54:1-4)

Let us now see what has been added to the verses in Isaiah, chapter 54, as we look at 3 Nephi, chapter 22.  Looking at the words in bold it reads, “1 And then shall that which is written come to pass: Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child; for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the Lord. 2 Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thy habitations; spare not, lengthen thy cords and strengthen thy stakes; 3 For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left, and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles and make the desolate cities to be inhabited. 4 Fear not, for thou shalt not be ashamed; neither be thou confounded, for thou shalt not be put to shame; for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.” (3 Nephi 22:1-4)  This is what we call plagiarism at its finest.  For Joseph Smith to change what God has said in the Bible, this has brought His wrath down upon him.  Now, millions of people are led astray.  Amen.

Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I pray that people will press in to know You. So many people are seeking You in all the wrong places. Some think it is through going to church each week, listening to a prophet speak, trying to be a good person, and more. What people are missing out on is a personal relationship with You, Jesus. This is what saves us, not religion, people, or our own good works. You paid the price for our sins, God, and to press into what You’ve done is what we need. Only then will people be changed and no longer live a life they hope is right, but what they know is. I am so grateful, God, to finally understand what it means to please You. There is no more trying to do good, for the Holy Spirit is my guide. Where You lead me, I go. Thank You for today and for the people we talked to while knocking on doors. The time went by so fast while serving You in the harvest. It was eye-opening to see so many people who are lost and do not even realize it. They think they know and believe in You, but their heart is not for You. It saddens me to hear people say that You are their Lord and Savior and hardly ever do they open up and read Your Words in the Bible. Open their eyes, God. I believe in You. I love You. Amen.
