• The Bible = Original • “O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the Lord. Therefore thou hast forsaken thy people the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers. Their land also is full of silver and gold, neither is there any end of their treasures; their land is also full of horses, neither is there any end of their chariots: Their land also is full of idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made: And the mean man boweth down, and the great man humbleth himself: therefore forgive them not.” (Isaiah 2:5-9) – About 700–681 B.C.
• The Book Of Mormon = Plagiarism • “O house of Jacob, come ye and let us walk in the light of the Lord; yea, come, for ye have all gone astray, every one to his wicked ways. Therefore, O Lord, thou hast forsaken thy people, the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and hearken unto soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers. Their land also is full of silver and gold, neither is there any end of their treasures; their land is also full of horses, neither is there any end of their chariots. Their land is also full of idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made. And the mean man boweth not down, and the great man humbleth himself not, therefore, forgive him not.” (2 Nephi 12:5-9) – About 559–545 B.C.
The King James Version of Isaiah, chapter 2, was copied and pasted into the Book of Mormon. This chapter of Isaiah can be found in 2 Nephi, chapter 12. The book of Isaiah and 2 Nephi are also available to read in the next chapters of this book. Details of what took place can be found below…
The Book of Mormon is claimed to be the most correct Book on earth, even more so than the Bible. This means that plagiarism and contradictions should not exist. This we will put to the test. To start, the Book of Mormon is not meeting the challenge when comparing 2 Nephi, chapter 12 with Isaiah, chapter 2. Here we see a stark difference in the verses. There are additions and subtractions to the verses in Isaiah. Manipulating God's Word is a serious offense. If any person willfully changes God’s words, they are made a liar in God’s sight and are therefore a false prophet. This is what Joseph Smith is, and you will see why as you read what he did to the following verses in Isaiah. They read, “O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the Lord. Therefore thou hast forsaken thy people the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers. Their land also is full of silver and gold, neither is there any end of their treasures; their land is also full of horses, neither is there any end of their chariots: Their land also is full of idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made: And the mean man boweth down, and the great man humbleth himself: therefore forgive them not.” (Isaiah 2:5-9) God’s wrath is upon every idolater.
Verses in Isaiah were copied and pasted into the Book of Mormon. They read, “O house of Jacob, come ye and let us walk in the light of the Lord; yea, come, for ye have all gone astray, every one to his wicked ways. And the mean man boweth not down, and the great man humbleth himself not, therefore, forgive him not.” (2 Nephi 12:5-9) The words that are bolded were changed and added to. Which manipulates the context, that is the people’s idolatry. Adding “not” is significant and makes it seem like they are not bowing down to their gods. As you can see, Joseph corrupted this chapter in Isaiah and is a false prophet. It is written, “Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” (Proverbs 30:5,6) You can now deny or accept the truth of God. Amen.
Let us pray: Oh Lord, I pray that many more people in the Mormon cult will wake up to their sins and leave Mormonism for good. Help them know the pitfalls they are in because of their false beliefs. I fear for their lives come death and judgment day, especially since I have family members therein also. It grieves my soul to know how hard-hearted these people have become over the years. Even the youngest of people, the LDS Missionaries, at the age of 18-21, they are so cold to the truth of God. Lord, what their leaders are feeding them in missionary training center is truly toxic. This is true, although the majority of them will never see this. They are taught that what they are doing is for You, but really they are workers of Satan. I rebuke these false witnesses and call them to repentance. Hell awaits every false witness, teacher, apostle, and prophet, but You can still intervene in their lives. Some of them can still be saved. I am grateful, God, for the LDS Missionaries that You have put on my path. Although the majority of them are not open to the truth, few of them have been. I am grateful to know that there are Mormons, of whom I have talked to, who have quit their church in order to come to You. This is so amazing, and I give You all the glory and praise. I wish I could see more people saved also. This is my true desire. I love You, Lord. You are my God and my King. Amen.
