Sorry Mormons, No Second Chances Come Death: Part 1

“Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead? And why stand we in jeopardy every hour? I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.” (1 Corinthians 15:29-31)

The Mormon theology for baptisms for the dead stems from a single verse in 1 Corinthians 15:29. “Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? Why are they then baptized for the dead?” They cherry-pick this verse and say, “there you have it, the church must have performed baptisms for the dead at the time of Paul, the Apostle”. But they don’t realize that the practice of trying to save dead people wasn’t recorded in the early church or until now. Only in the Mormon cult do we see this practice of baptisms for dead people being performed in their wicked temples. I am telling you the truth! Joseph Smith brought this false doctrine into what he called a church, but was really a formation of the devil. He didn’t realize that when He instituted he went down the path of doing Satan’s work in fulling people that they will have a second chance to be saved. If only He had the Holy Spirit, then would he have seen that “they” in this verse refers to heretics doing baptisms for dead people. They were not part of the church. The Mormon church are the only ones that disagree with this statement.

“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.” (Romans 1:18-20)

It is clear that God’s wrath is upon the wicked. These are those who see God’s truth and mock it or don’t care to live by it. This is the case with homosexuals, who are happy with their vile lifestyle and don’t like to be called out. We see Mormons, who are happy working their way to heaven and exaltation to Godhood, and don’t care to listen to Christians even if they are wrong. The same can be said about Jehovah’s Witnesses. You can sow them all day long where it says Jesus is God, but they will continue to deny it. We have people who live in willful sin like pornography, fornication, adultery, drinking, and doing drugs. People justify having abortions, and justify committing crimes. This happens because of lust, covetousness, envy, and pride. If only people turned to the Lord, they could be saved. Instead, every person who is counted unworthy in God’s sight is without excuse come judgment day. He also knows those who are saved who proclaims to be good people. So let Jesus be the judge of the living and the dead. I am talking to You, Mormons! God does not need You doing works for dead people, for it is an abomination in His sight. Amen.

  1. Heretical churches like to keep their members busy. It doesn’t matter what they do as long as they don’t have sufficient time to think about why they are doing it. The best time spent is learning more about God-to spend time in His presence.
