Book Of Mormon Contradiction: 2 Nephi 26:11-13

The Book of Mormon is something else.  It is like every single chapter is a contradiction to the Bible.  2 Nephi, chapter 26, is just one of them.  It is truly laughable how bad these verses really are when you know the time frame that these verses actually appear.  It claims that in the year 559 B.C., the people in this false book knew the name of Jesus.  It wants people to believe that they were privileged to know these things, and not the Jewish people in the Bible.  These verses read, “for the Spirit of the Lord will not always strive with man. And when the Spirit ceaseth to strive with man then cometh speedy destruction, and this grieveth my soul. And as I spake concerning the convincing of the Jews, that Jesus is the very Christ, it must needs be that the Gentiles be convinced also that Jesus is the Christ, the Eternal God; And that he manifesteth himself unto all those who believe in him, by the power of the Holy Ghost; yea, unto every nation, kindred, tongue, and people, working mighty miracles, signs, and wonders, among the children of men according to their faith.” (2 Nephi 26:11-13)

Nobody knew or used the name Jesus, or Christ in the Old Testament.  The Book of Mormon people were not more important than God’s people in Israel.  If anything, you see Joseph Smith’s words in these deceitful writings in order for them to sound Biblical.  How sneaky is the devil in using a false prophet to have people believe in a false book more so than God’s Word, the Bible.  Paul warned us about giving in to false teachers.  Don’t believe in these lies that come from the Book of Mormon.  These are fictional characters that appear to be real.  It is written, “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.  And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.” (2 Corinthians 11:13-15)   It is my invitation for every member of the LDS church to remove their names from its records.  RESIGN TODAY!  Allow Jesus to remove your false beliefs and become your teacher.  Amen.

Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I am amazed at how entrenched in darkness the people are in Mormonism and aren’t even aware of it. I so desire to help them know Your truth, God, from the Bible. I want them to know how much I love them by helping them come out of the fire. To help them unlearn the lies and false teachings in Mormonism, that You may become their teacher. I only want to see these people be saved, but looking in I only see destruction. Satan has them in his grasp, and to take them away from what they believe in will take a miracle. Thankfully, Your miracles are happening on a daily basis. You have led me out of Mormonism and thousands of others since its inception. This is so amazing. What I am hoping for now, God, is a revival. Instead of thousands of Mormons resigning and becoming atheists, I am praying that thousands will resign and become Christians. This is what I most desire when it comes to my ministry of reaching Mormons. God, I know that You can do all things. Raise up more people to follow You, Jesus. I will follow You, even until the ends of this earth and into heaven. I love You, Lord. Amen.

  1. Yes. It will take a miracle for Mormons to see the real Jesus and be saved. But, I hear God’s in the miracle working business. You are one. You were led out of Mormonism to Him. All of us who are trusting in Jesus for salvation are a result of His miracles. Hang in there Paul.
